Arab Health is one of the fastest growing general medical expos in the world. The show targets the MENA Region (Middle East/North Africa), a region undergoing a $14 billion health care expansion. Arab Health occupies 514 700 sq. ft. (47 815 m²) with 3,094 companies. 2012 attendance reached 83,278, a 15% increase over 2011, which was already up 9% over 2010.

About MEDLAB

It is the largest IVD product show in the region.

As a distinct area), the MEDLAB exhibition is the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) area of Arab Health. Linked to it is a three-day conference/workshop program in laboratory medicine.

IVD company participation has grown from 18 companies in 2005 (the first year of MEDLAB) to 86 111 sq. ft. (8,000 m²) in 2012.

Of the 83,000 visitors attending Arab Health, 15% (12,500) have an interest in medical laboratory products and visited the MEDLAB area. Of this group, 59% are business (hospital management and distributors) and 41% are medical staff (clinical laboratory personnel).
